Rakesh Kumar Sachdev is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-164747) and is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA). We do not provide personalised investment advice for a fee. Any information shared is incidental to distribution. For personalised advice, please consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.
2. No guaranteed returns
Rakesh Kumar Sachdev does not guarantee any returns, minimum returns or capital protection on any product. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. There is no guarantee that the investment objective of any scheme will be achieved. NAVs may go up or down depending on market conditions. All projections, including SIP/SWP calculator outputs on this site, are illustrative only.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
- Read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing.
- Complete KYC as per AMFI / KRA norms before investing.
- Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to us immediately.
4. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rohtak, Haryana.
