Your rights as an investor
- Complete information about scheme risks, costs and past performance before investing.
- Know the commission earned by Rakesh Kumar Sachdev on your investments (visible in your CAS).
- Invest in Direct Plans at lower expense ratios directly through AMC portals.
- Receive a Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) showing investments and commissions.
- Receive timely account statements and transaction confirmations.
- Fair, transparent grievance redressal within 15 working days.
- Escalate complaints to the AMFI Helpline, SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR.
- Complete risk profiling before any investment recommendation.
- Access, correct and request deletion of your personal data (DPDPA 2023).
- Switch distributors at any time without any penalty from Rakesh Kumar Sachdev.
- Receive a signed Unsuitability Declaration if investing outside your risk profile.
- Be protected from mis-selling, fraud and unfair trade practices.

- Complete KYC as per AMFI / KRA norms before investing.
- Read all scheme-related documents (SID / SAI / KIM) before investing.
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Keep your contact and nomination details updated with the KRA / AMC.
- Never share login credentials, OTPs or sign blank forms.
