When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number and message.

When you use the site, we may collect limited technical and usage data (e.g. pages viewed, device/browser type) through analytics tools, but only after you accept analytics cookies (see below).

If you use our Risk Profile tool, we collect your name, PAN, mobile number, email address, age and your answers to the assessment questions, with your explicit consent given at the point of submission.

This information is used solely to generate your Risk Profile Record (a PDF summarising your assessment) and to email that record to you and to Rakesh Kumar Sachdev, using a third-party email delivery service (Resend). We do not store this information in a database — it is processed to generate and send your record, and thereafter exists only within that email correspondence.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of this information at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer (see "Your rights" below).

We use a first-party preference to remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — are loaded only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.

If you click “Reject”, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are not loaded, and no related data is sent to Meta or Google.

These tools, when enabled, help us understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of our outreach. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, which will show the banner again.

We use your information only for the purpose it was given: to respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request; to understand and improve how the site is used (with consent); and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except the analytics and advertising providers listed above (only after you accept analytics cookies) and where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act / DPDPA 2023), you have rights to access, correct, update and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal.

If you are in the EU/EEA, under the GDPR you additionally have rights to data portability, restriction and objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
